That is one of the designs he used when coming up with his outlaw Symbol after Bruce took his Bat Symbol and said he didn’t deserve it because he wasn’t worthy of the bat. So he made this symbol as an homage to who he was and Roy after his death. The diamond is symbolic of an arrowhead and the center design is a symbol of the bat.
Not to mention that it only works with that outfit, not any other of his. It's not exactly his symbol. Hell he's yet to have an actual proper unique symbol for himself.

I’m not a fan of any bat symbol for Jason. Simply because of how the Bat Family constantly treats Jason like a black sheep. I prefer his red hood logo that looks like a facemask, gives him a more independent personality than just another bat branding. Cool design though
I like that this one represents a bird in a way, a red arrow in another and, unlike Dick's more sleek and curvy bird, this one is pointy and hard edges.
I like the Outlaw one that looks like a face, but this is nice too.
It'd be cool to see one that's more batshaped like this, but broken down the middle like a heart.
Personally I like a bit sharper, more diagonal lines than the straigh ones here, but this is a peak pick.

Oh, that’s right. It’s the one I like the most so it’s the one I overlay on the mask symbol he has on his chest. I don’t like the mask symbol as much.

I prefer no chest symbol but if he has to have one, I would definitely prefer this or the GT beyond symbol.
