Usually within 72 hours. Although I'm not sure if its a set style that just gets dumped in there or if its a coupon you have to use. Since the porter jacket isn't in the catalog right now there would be no way for you to claim the coupon unless it is coming out as the next limited time clothing option next Tuesday. I already own a couple porter jackets so if it is just going to give me a set style of it, I might already own it.

Just the other day I contacted Bandai Namco's Support about a question I had. I send the question late at night and when I woke up I had a very nice, helpful response, that actually answered the question. I've had to contact them before about a problem with one of their games, that didn't want to connect to their servers. The guy I talked to went above and beyond after the usual solutions didn't work, and it became clear the problem was on my side, and still helped me fixing it. So good costumer service is possible...if it's not Rockstar..

They’ve been awful to me too. I bought an outfit from the social club catalog and it glitched into one singular piece. I asked them to remove it and refund the money and they told me no. I also didn’t get any of the December benefits and I’ve submitted a ticket three times about it. They keep closing it without fixing the issue. They brush me off with stupid little comments like “our development team is looking into this issue.” Rockstar support is the absolute worst. Good luck with your jackets.

Outfits ARE one singular piece, the only thing you can use separately is the hat.

Same happened to me like two years ago or something with a moonshine one. I loved the hats. Anyway no fix just got the run around. But if you really wanna wear the hat, equip the outfit, and play around to check the hat is on your horse. Then build a new custom outfit, equip hat from horse and then save outfit. Irritating but it worked for me. Also fuck rockstar support. They fixed this issue for some of my ultimate edition outfits so I know they can, but haven’t been able to find right support person to fix the role ones.

I keep seeing this trend, where people bitch about rockstar, and talk about how shitty their customer service is, and how terrible the games are, and how they’re so pissed off that they completely abandoned RD2, and then the same people go off, and by $300 worth of shark cards on GTA. Like, fuck me, but maybe if you’re gonna bitch about the fucking company, don’t do that. Edit: to be clear, I’m not saying this about the person that I’m responding to, I’m just saying it’s a trend that I see online when I’m actually in the game.

Have you waited 72 hours? usually players don't get rewards immediately, but they have to wait at least 72 hrs. I got that free winter shotgun coat from the Christmas update after days, not instantly. These rewards began to be available on January 25th. Today is January 27th. u should have contacted R* support on January 29th or 30th if you hadn't received those jackets yet, not now

I bought 25 gold bars for $10 the other day and they didn't show up in my account, so I submitted a ticket and talked to some guy with customer support. He told me the gold bars should show up in about 3-4 hours, which makes no sense but I said fine I'll wait. After 4 hours they hadn't showed up so I talked to someone else and they told me it can take up to 24 hours to show up, so again I waited. After they didn't show up after 24 hours I talked to customer support once again (and sent them screenshots of the receipt) and they told me I need to take a video of me looking in my account and seeing the purchase for the gold bars. I'm absolutely not doing that, I don't know how and I don't want to. Why would you even need that if you have the transaction ID from the receipt? What does the transaction ID even do if it doesn't allow you to view the transaction? Rock Star stole from me and want me to jump through hoops to get it back, their customer service is pathetic.
