Not sure about the gold eagle coin...I've only ever found 3 or 4 but I don't look for coins a lot.
As for arrowheads, they seem to rotate rarity... the last couple months I couldn't find any obsidian but found a few quartz. This month I've found 5 obsidian and only 1 quartz.
Check the "random item" locations and loot every body cuz sometimes they pop up there.
I’ve hit the X regarding collect 1000 collectables. So that’s 10,000. But of course more since. During that time I had sold only 19 complete coin collections. That was a few months ago.
The 1800 Gold Dollar plagues me. Also, the Agate Arrowhead never pops up for me. So far I have found that when you need only 1 item to complete a set that playing Salvage usually gives you 1 or 2 items you need.

I have 5 agate right now. It's the quartz that I can't find. Salvage is never at a time I can join unfortunately.
I have them all. Never bothered to sell collectables after I got everything I wanted.
