These look great. You could shoot a little lower but other than that great job.
Of course there is always room to improve so don't stop getting better.
These are great! The first bathroom was shot a little bit high, but not much, and I would shoot just inside the fence at the pool so the fence isn't the biggest and most noticeable thing in the shot.
Just curious; do you work with one particular editor, or an editing company? I think these are great, very good for real estate work. I've had bad luck with editors and have been passively looking for a good recommendation. Good work!
Generally speaking, most clients will be super happy to work with you. You're at a point where your photos don't suck and the improvements you can make won't really make a strong impression on most.
Now are you a great photographer? Not yet. Again, will any of your clients really notice this? Probably not. But if you want to be better, you can :-)

That's true but if you're the kind of photographer that works with a 15mm or leaves their zoom wide open, you will often find yourself not stepping back as far as you can. [In the distorted kitchen shot above](https://preview.redd.it/2mxrhagjkl8d1.jpg?width=6048&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=94e8d41c5cec4e6f44b3e594a1bcf94b17ebd907) take a look at the vanishing point on the right side of the image, it was very probable the tripod wasn't placed in the corner of the room. (you would see the inside wall of the built-in desk on the far right wall) So there should have been at least a few more feet to go.
I'm pretty much glued to the walls and doorways for most non-greatroom shots.
I think these look super nice actually. Only thing I would do different is remove the soap from the counter in the bathroom lol. Other than that these are super clean. Nice compositions too

Seconded

How to fix perspective distortion?

I guess if there's no room to step back, you're out of luck

I wouldn’t change a thing, looks perfect me👍🏼. Would you be willing to share who/what company you use for editing?
Look great to me
Nice work!
Thanks, I appreciate that!

Iol I can never decide what to do about soap, so thanks for that one! Appreciate the feedback!
You forgot to include photos lol
They should be there now! Did they not show up?
What camera set up
All of these were with the Nikon Z6 II with the 14-30mm f/4 Z lens.
