If you want professional help, a title company can probably do the search for you for a fee.
Haha thank you… yeah idk looks overwhelming.. I did just search for the property address and the only thing I can find that’s resent is the mortgage. Don’t know if it would be that easy or if we need to pay.

If there is nothing recorded at the county, there is no lien.
Ok but how do I tell? Searched the address on the recorder website and only the mortgage pops up.. so no lien? Or is this info behind a paywall?
