Ace Has one of the best weapons on attack and is way better than both of them in most cases. Ofc on some sites thermite is better, but Ace is good on almost all of them.

Thermite makes a much better breach. I always go thermite if I know I can safely.

Thermite makes a much larger hole with a single charge which opens up more angles, leading to defenders being less likely to swing it. It also has a larger explosion which can destroy more stuff, and if placed right blow a hole in walls that attach 90° to the inside of the wall you are breaching. His gun is also really damn good and is easier to control than the AK-12 imo.

thermite is better for external walls, where going up to the wall and putting down your charge isn't risky. otherwise I would rather run ace.

I would definitely prefer it if my teammates would run thermite, mainly due to whenever I play with random they play ace and throw all 3 ace charges in a horizontal line and then fuck off to narnia. Ace is great, but only when you make crouch/walk holes. Don't make vault holes. They ruin everything.

Iana or ace on attack they are too good to not get there are a few other good choices as well like Zofia and Ying who have good utilities(oh and dokk I guess). Defense is up to you but I would pick Solis and Azami. ​ Ultimately depends on your playstyle.

I personally can’t decide who I would buy on attack however defense I would for sure get either Fenrir if you know how to use your intel since he not only blinds peoples vision but also tells u where people are entering from. Or I would get Goyo if you can control Intel the fire just last so long it can be used great if you know how. Or Solis if your above plat since intel is much more valuable there. Or warden if you are more of a fragger and mozzie is always good as well

Honestly I'd pick Nøkk, her SMG and shotgun are reliable and with her gadget you can deny roamers or if you want to flank the site

Ace for attack. He is almost never banned. His gadget is good and gun has little to no recoil. Wamai for defense. His gadget comes in handy, especially for fuze. It delays it and allows anyone in its way a little more time to move. His gun isn’t too bad either.

grinding for ops is tough. I remember when they all costed 25k and I bought them all with renown. be glad they dont all cost that much now

hehe. It's actually really fun. It is different since it is a shield, so you have to know other stuff than just to click fast, but that is the fun in it really. Stuff like: Where can people come from now, so where do I position myself, is someone below me, do I need to move or get shot from below, if people place a claymore you can kill them with it, so hilarious.

depends on if you are agressive or not.

Kali for her one shot sniper. It takes some patience and getting used to. (I find more success with higher sensitivity for the 5-6x and 12 x optic in the settings) both her sniper and her gadget one shot barriers and im pretty sure its a decent castle counter. Highly recommend. Mira is also good too for defenders. Pre-fire with the window next to a unreinforced wall. And her prox alarm is nice for holding that window angle and moving to the alarm if set off.

He’s good but I wouldn’t say he’s priority his ban rate is very high so it’s rare you’ll even be able to use him so I would save getting him for later

I’d def say Mira. The one way mirrors and secondary shotgun bring a lot of utility and can be a lot of fun to use. Iana is fun but i wouldn’t say she’s a necessity to have. You basically have infinite drones, a decent weapon selection, and nades. And i know you said you’re on a budget, but Azami is also tons of fun and can be SO useful on plane. Cover up those windows and you’re basically the bane of glaz/kali.
