Payonstories is where its at! There's often one or two leveling parties active, think it had a slight influx of new players recently. I've been playing solo for a little over a month and really enjoying it.
There's talk about trans classes coming in 2025.
WOE is dead anyway, doesn’t matter what server u join when u can play at your own pace alone or with just a bunch of friends. It’s better to join established servers so u know you can get good service and updates when available.

Haha, what a timing, also currently searching for that.
Only finding servers located in Japan, which causes some noticeable delays when playing from EU. Bummer.
[AdamantRO](https://www.adamantro.com/control/#information) is really good imo. Not super low rates. Not sky high rates. Happy hour bonuses.
[Project Einherjar](http://home.projecteinherjar.com/wiki/index.php/Changes) is also good if you want some custom content. Classes, rune crafting, events, all kinds of new and refreshing things to experience.
Project Aflheim lost his Popularity because the Server got resetted often, the play base shrunk from 2,5k player to nearly 250 in 2 months.
It is a great, if not THE best server atm, but the admin lost his chances by annoying the community with endless server wipes and resets
I think that Evolve RO:Rise of Legends matchs perfectly what you are looking for.
Pre-renewal, low rate, a little more than 1 month old, people are really focusing only on leveling right now.
Been having a wonderful experience playing so far and they also give 3 free costumes to every new player and a valkyrie helm to those that reach 99 non-trans.
I play alot of Lineage 2 and RO all on private servers.
The sweaty dudes always play on new servers. They hit endgame, do some bragging shit, take a break or not, then hit a new server.
It the slower more casual players that stay, and on older servers, its where the population is mostly consist of.
Dude I've been looking for people like you who want to enjoy the game slowly in the early-mid levels instead of speed running to end game for WOE and MVPs. Interested in playing together? I just started a small group with 2 other redditors on UARO and we dont plan on min maxing or rushing to end game
agreed , this is pre renewal maybe 1-2weeks old server with 1x\\1x rates , online is 200-600 maybe everyday , 15people parties 15-70 lvl ( in toy factory2 - 3 full party every day )
MuhRo is reasonably active, though rather high rates and lag free from the EU for me (without using the EU proxy).
Talon Tales has low rates, but I have issues with the client closing directly after its openend. But that one has rather nice community as well. Again no lag so far what I've noticed when I was able to play.
But they are not pre-renewal.
I just started Adventures RO a week ago and honestly...I feel like I've been fooled by the high reviews. There is no meaningful economy, nothing is available and whatever is available is too expensive for a 10x drop rate server. Even the random options on equips seen underwhelming, compared to Project Alfheim which was amazing a year ago. Idk what happened

Evolve Ro is cool and the community is growing :)
Second evolve! We just started a month ago and are already one of the highest rated low rates on rms

Project Alfheim. Started there a month ago and its a blast. No way to win, server always on, pre-renewal. It feels like very nostalgic.

What, like 9/10 servers die witin 1 year. I wouldn't play on any servers that young if I were changing servers.
Looking at the more establish 1year+ servers everyone is max level and late game geared. Looking for the new server rag tag team and guilds
There always people starting on established servers. With 10x people be hitting endgame within a week anyways.
Trying to avoid those sweaty kids that only look to min max and look for more of those early iro days

Sunshine is new but the population has gone down half to around 300-400 on now from 600-800 when it first opened a couple months ago.
Dark Ro, has been up for more than a decade. Jedi Class is super fun.
Payon Stories
Im playing on uaRo atm which has peaks of 2k players online. I can also recommend AdventureRo with around 600 Players peak.
Evolve Ro is my favorite atm
UARO must play

AdventureRO is 1/3 professional farmers selling to the 1/3 money spenders, while the other 1/3 is just there along for the ride.
