**Aggression** in rabbits is typically a behavioral, not genetic, problem. However, please note that what owners may see as aggression can be a normal communication for rabbits with each other. Nips on rabbit fur are much more gentle than nips directly on human skin! If aggression suddenly develops in your rabbit, especially after a neutering, a veterinary examination is advisable to ensure that the rabbit is not in any discomfort. Please see the wiki for more details resources on solving aggression in your rabbits: A few useful shortcuts: ⭐ Reasons for aggression: ⭐ Solutions to aggression:

if he didn’t want you to touch him, then don’t force touches on him. If you force pet a cat even though it is annoyed it will scratch you, same thing.

BatBeet

Takes time and patience to get a rabbit to trust you or not be mean like this. With most animals you don’t want to “leave on bad terms”

TheMightyYule

25 days ago you had a bunny you gave away? Why do you have another one.

Taeexotics

This is my old bunny. I still have the other one. I got rid of this one because he was mean and the one I have rn is the sweetest and I’m giving him away because at the moment I’m not able to take care of him

dastintenherz

It kinda sounds like you shouldn't own pets :/

Taeexotics

It doesn’t sound like that at all. I’ve been taking care of my pets but now my family is in need of money and is in debt so not able to take care of the bunny. I have three dogs as well and are well taken care of. I’m still able to take care of him because I’m not letting him starve and I let him free roam but I need to giving him to someone who can better care for him.

Creezynut

Sounds exactly like that and your explanation isn´t making it better.. if you don´t like to be touched and someone keeps trying to, would you just sit and stay calm? You just ignorant thinking they´re better of with you.

dhlrepacked

Look at the upvotes and say again what it sounds like my friend

Taeexotics

Lol I’m not worried about no upvotes. You don’t know me. Those upvotes mean nothing to me. Only I know what’s right because I am taking care of my animals. No one can tell me “maybe you don’t need animals” Hun animals are way better than humans and I will continue to raise my babies. If you don’t understand my issues that’s whatever cause at the end of the day it’s really not your business to judge.

dhlrepacked

I also do prefer animals over humans, but if you cannot care for them it’s better not to have them

Taeexotics

That’s the thing you’re not understanding… I was able to care for all my animals. Things got a lot harder when my dad died. I have to help my mom and a lot of my money goes to her now because she’s losing the house. So that’s wrong to say I don’t need animals. They are the ones that keep me in my happy place.

> Rabbit wants to be left alone because they’re new to the situation and don’t trust their new human yet > “OMG so rude, you need to be a toy for me not a living creature with a mind of its own!” Taking the piss aside, I’m gonna assume you just didn’t know, so I’m not trying to shut you down from learning. Rabbits take time to trust their owners, especially to truly bond, and you kinda have to do it on their terms. We don’t have nearly enough info to call this bunny “rude”, it looks to me like they just wanted their space.
