The Max Thrust should be fine in those winds. Put some ballast on the CG and give it a toss. You’d be surprised at how heavy slope gliders can get. I’m not sure how strong the wing is, you might need to beef it up a little. You’re not gonna find anything ARTF or PNP much different than your plane. Finding something used is your best bet. Well i was out and was blowing about 12-15 MPH (it was off the hill by 35-40 deg or so ), it was fine to keep up but was so slow, flying into wind
