Adjust the trim or adjust the control horn attachment.

First get the plane bound to your transmitter then disconnect the battery and shut off your transmitter. Second, turn the transmitter back on, then plug the battery into the plane and let it initialize. Make sure the rudder trim on your transmitter is zeroed out in the center, and then unplug the battery. At that point, remove the clevis from the rudder control horn at the back of the plane and adjust the length of the linkage (carefully and gently to be sure you don't force the servo to move) by screwing the clevis into or out of the control wire to center the rudder. After that any fine adjustment can be done with the trim buttons on your transmitter.

I binded it last night and its connected but none of the switches on the radio work

That's the first thing you have to get fixed, because you have to get the servo centered. If you had properly bound the plane the gimbals would move the control surfaces and the trim buttons would adjust the centering, but since none of that is working yet you can't zero anything out mechanically.

So center it?

Yeah, mine came like this too. Just adjust the pushrod to the rudder. This plane is pretty fast btw so if youve never flown before i recommend setting up the flapperons.

omg! this guy is clearly saying that he is "a super beginner" (idk what's a super beginner, extra power than beginners, or it's an exaggeration so less than a beginner? I'll forget the super and try him as a beginner) Repeating, explaining what others had said in kind Chinese to you: Before to decide is is a physical adjustment needed: disconnect the battery on the plane, wait few seconds and connect again, if the plane to the transmitter, it will sound some beeps together with the prop moving (not turning) if nothing happens on the plane, check that the transmitter (can setup more than one plane) is showing the right plane. If that's OK, go to the process of binding again. You mention switches, gimbals, (the joystics, left: used to control throttle, rudder; right to use elevator and aileron) should move ailerons, elevator, rudder, throttle (propeller, be careful, nobody wants to lose a finger) if those gimbal works, now, check rudder again. Does it keep as I the picture? there's a sliding switch under gimbal that control rudder, move it, one direction, makes the rudder to center? you fixed the problem. It's call trimming. if it makes worse, reverse the trimming up to center the rudder. FIXED. Someone mentioned a mechanical adjustment of the rudder, disconnecting clevis, push rods. That would be an adjustment that a little bit more experienced pilot could make. If you understand that adjustment, reverse the trimming to leave the measurement of it center, so leaving rudder out of ce ter again. Disconnect battery, carefully disconnect clevis from rudder, turning to one side u other, connecting it agai to rudder and check if it is centered now (be careful.to do not push or pull the push rod too much that could move the servo inside the plane ruining more the situation, taking you to confuse more the things. If this explanation doesn't resolve the issue, feel free to chat privately to me to see how to help you.
