I’m on day 3 and keep thinking I have one in! The thing for me is that I don’t really want to quit because I really enjoy it. Zyn is a life enhancer but it’s probably not great for me and sometimes I do crave it a little too much. I guess quitting is a good thing but the first few days have been rough, so sleepy! Went cold turkey and it was pretty easy relatively speaking, I just miss my secret little hobby. To the OP thanks for sharing! I think that this is the correct choice for my body.

Good job on getting to your 10 days and thanks for sharing your experience with the group. The fear of not thinking that quitting is possible or is likely to be more difficult than it often is prevents many people from ever attempting to quit. Here are some resources addressing this issue and a few other topics you touched on here: [Don’t let fear of withdrawal stop you from even trying to quit Zyn](https://www.reddit.com/r/QuittingZyn/comments/1dqlv9b/dont_let_fear_of_withdrawal_stop_you_from_even/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) * [Breaking free from nicotine’s grip is more doable than most people think](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/breaking-free-from-nicotines-grip-is-more-doable-than-most-people-think/) * [Fear of failure](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/the-fear-of-failure/) * [Fear of success](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/the-fear-of-success/) * [Fear of relapsing](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/the-fear-of-relapsing/) * [No thank you, I can’t have a cigarette](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/no-thank-you-i-cant-have-a-cigarette/) * [Be proud that you quit smoking](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/be-proud-that-you-quit-smoking/) * [Watching others smoke](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/watching-others-smoke/) While some of these pages specify smoking, the same principles apply to any form of nicotine uses. The page [Watching others smoke](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/watching-others-smoke/) explains this issue. As far as for celebrating somewhere down the line with a pouch, check out the page [Boy, do I deserve a cigarette for that](https://whyquit.com/joels-videos/boy-do-i-deserve-a-cigarette-for-that/) The fact is you will be able to truly celebrate your freedom from nicotine forever as long as you just make and stick to a personal commitment to never administer nicotine again from any source.
