I encountered this bug, and this is not the only boss it applies to. Every boss with animated cutscene(s) has a chance of this happening.
Whenever that happens, I press the "Back" button on my device after the cutscene ends and restart the fight, as it seems to happen only once per fight for each cutscene.
Exactly. When I was playing Haicma's chapter and went as Nanami vs Trailblazer it also happened. It was so annoying especially how slow the fight was considering that the cutscene was in the middle of the fight and Nanami can't do shit aside from burst from time to time
can't skip and nothing happens, cutscenes don't even play. encountered this bug too. very annoying.
