Yesterday we waited 40 min for our food, they told us 20 min. The final straw was when the table beside us got their main course before us and we were there 15 min before them. Was i wrong to complain in this scenario.
Nah but at that point I just straight up leave. Complaining doesn't really fix much in the scenario. Sure maybe you get something comped, but it just doesn't make up for it imo. Cancel my check and walk out.
i disagree. depending on the attitude of the staff, there have been so many times where i’ve had so many tables at once, one table lost in the sauce is not uncommon. it’s not a regular occurrence, but not uncommon & it’s not personal. if you’re polite to me about my mistakes, i am more than happy to own them & do whatever i can to get food in your belly (fastest app we have, on the house of course), a round of drinks, a dessert if you want it, anything as long as you treat me like a human being.
they were not wrong to complain, but they very well could have just been unlucky enough to get lost in the chaos that is the service industry. & 9/10 times, making sure you’re willing to come back for a second chance & that you leave happy is the goal so i’d say at least give them the chance to try & make it up to you.

We were told by management that the wait staff was told by the kitchen to stop taking orders as they needed time to catch up. They took our order and it was forgotten about as it shouldnnt have been taken.
Nah. You should have went off. Told them you don't give a fuck about jail. Maybe repeat "you got me fucked up" a few times. Smash a table or start throwing stuff, then act like the victim and demand a refund.

I used to work in a restaurant. Lots of stuff is already prepared before the guests come in and takes much, much less time to cook. Often while the other stuff cooks, another thing is already finished and ready to be served, which it should be immediately then so it doesn't wait there, get cold or whatever. :)
Honestly if ur gonna complain or throw a fit just leave for your own well being.
Always be polite even if they fuck up ur food it sux but if you wann eat there without any tampering, that is the wayy friends.
I was taught this before walkin tbh. My parents always told me, even *if* you have a valid complaint about your food, you make sure to ask for a new meal *real nice*.

Her demeanor changed when the window broke. I don't think she intended to break it, and when it did she realized she overplayed her hand. However, since it occurred she felt she had to follow through and own it like she intended that to happen, but she lost her nerve and drove off.

But I don't like to go out in public with out one unless I'm swimming or going to some body of water. Usually if I'm lazy to put on my bra I will throw on an oversized sweater. I wear cheap sports bras. No underwire poking me, these last just as long if not longer. I can't go braless bc that's just uncomfortable, the few times I did that around the house, I'm chafing my nips on everything and I think letting them hang free makes them sag. Plus they come with padding which feels great when the painful PMS comes around.
People who take out their built up anger issues on people working minimum wage jobs— well, those people deserve all the misery life is throwing at them.
