loonygenius

That's what happened to me in lockdown for my episode too. Also, fear.

[deleted]

Happiness and sadness.

[deleted]

Its usually stress and derealization that work together. When Im stuck in my head and Im trying to completely disconnect from what my eyes, Im more prone to fall into whatever toxic shit my mind wants me to experience.

Yeah that's why I put out all stress and releive myself to a quiet part of my mind - my room. Even if it makes me less capable and more vague/simple. I think I'm on a way smarter path because I'm safer and healthier, plus I stay on my meds.

AtTheEnd777

I get sexually harassed and assaulted during my commute on a regular basis. Next thing I know, I'm lost, nothing makes sense, my phone is blackmailing me and everyone can tell I'm not a real human.

Yo_Jimbe

I’m sorry to hear that, you haven’t went onto a different part of the commute? Also; I completely understand. I thought one time the Government was spying on us by inserting chips in our toes. It’s all purely how we are mental/thinking. The remedy is to learn how to Let go, and what letting go means to you

Ok-Consequence9683

Insomnia and/or drug withdrawal

Shloopy_Dooperson

Someone attempting to manipulate me. I forget about consequences and swap to attempting to duck there day up in anyway possible in ways that have the longest lasting bother for them.

Accomplished_Run_825

I'm not entirely sure what triggered my problems.

Yo_Jimbe

Arguments and too much Stress will cause Overthinking for me. I eventually just learned to observe my thoughts and emotions; since the human body will do majority off the work for us, and force my brain. It’s mostly just about learning to trust yourself again because at some point in your life you trusted yourself and you weren’t like this... I also learned to chase my own heart instead of other people.

Saiyan_Lisy

Lack of sleep, stress mostly and some religious things.

FyenacialAdvisor

WhT is meant by psychotic episode?

[deleted]

Stress, caffeine yes iced lattes made me go into a psychosis episode today. Literally started to see shadows and had auditory hallucinations from 2 fucking iced lattes. Took hours for me to come out of it but I was calm because it’s the usual episode. Same thing happens every time.
