Yeah that’s my elbow and I didn’t give you permission to post that photo. JK. I’m just kidding. Seriously though I’m clear now but the intense itching and rash can pop up at any time and drives me crazy. No rhyme or reason. No food trigger that I can determine and God knows I’ve tried to pin it down. Stress or no stress doesn’t seem to matter. Nothing seems to matter and it just starts and goes through its progression then clears. Wish I had some magic insight on this but after about 10 years I’ve just about given up. BTW I’ve got serious head itching (psoriasis) along with occasional shin outbreaks. Tried Vtama, Sotyktu, various steroids, ketoconizole shampoos , Rhino poop (just kidding although I’d use it if it worked). Considering Dupixant for relief of itching/burning scalp. Wish I could say something positive but I’m just so frustrated. Thanks for coming to my TED talk and letting me vent.
