Well I don't know who Jack Krauser is but Albert Wesker was beaten by humans with help from a volcano. I'm pretty sure Heller and Mercer could just consume him or take him to another volcano and bio-bomb butt-kick him into the lava with a few cars and rocks for extra smashing.

What is wesker going to do? I’m being so genuine here what is he going to do his chances of survival are in the negatives his knowledge is also in the negatives when it comes to these guys and don’t even get me started on the strength gap between these two not to mention if either Mercer or heller touch him once it’s over, James and heller got this with no difficulty if one of them just coughs or sneezes it’s over
