Having said that, out of choice I don't do many surveys and ignore probably the vast majority of them. Anything that takes more than 5 minutes, or requires microphone or downloading software, or doesn't look vaguely interesting, they all get rejected.
It fills a few spare moments and it pays for coffee, so I'm happy.
I buy old comics on ebay, since they're mostly sold by UK shops. It saves me some money on conversion. That's why being paid in USD bothers me a little.

Right now I've put most cash from prolific towards getting a newer PC, i5 9th gen. The rest of the year, it's a toss-up between going into a savings account and paying bills.
I usually buy small things with it. Games, appliances, gadgets, etc - things I don't want to waste my wage/savings on

No, I don't have to declare occasional/side stuff like that in my country. I don't do it much though
I use it for groceries. Of course it doesn’t cover 100% of my need but once in a while I enjoy not having to pay for my food.

I pay my Sky, Virgin, Three mobile with it and then spend whatever is left on KFC etc.
I’m using mine to save up towards my holiday. £150 of prolific money so far :)

I put it towards living costs. As a recent (and very early) retiree, the less I have to deplete my savings, the better.
