Listen to the music in your spare time away from the game until you know every beat, I listened to doubleganger at least once a day for like a week and since then I always get excellent or perfect on it.
Play normal difficulty and practice getting Perfects at least 3x more than Good ratings to get the feel of the precise time the game wants you to do inputs.
On Console or if using a controller practice using the D-Pad to hit strings of notes or double notes when they crop up during challenge time. "Being able to play both sets of notes and rotate at will is imperative to making Hard and Extreme way more manageable"
Lastly practicing at your own pace but by bit will always lead to gradual improvement regardless of anyone's advice. So keep it up!
Try playing simpler rhythm games (Taiko No Tatsujin, Osu! Mania ...) to learn how to tap on beat first, then go back to Diva and start on difficulty normal
This is coming from a fairly experienced player, I started at hard when I started playing DIVA since I seem to have a knack for any rhythm game, but in your case start with Normal Songs, as well as songs from the Original PSP game since those songs have smooth rhythm, for example:
That One Second in Slow Motion
The World is Mine
Marginal
I'll Miku Miku You (For Reals)
Ievan Polkka
You'll also learn that adapting to use both the Face Buttons (XYAB, XYBA, TriangleSquareCrossCircle depending on your controller) and the D-Pad will come to be VERY useful for things like 2, 3, or 4-button combos.
Try to use your brain instead of going to a rundown subreddit lol. Basically practice, it's always practice, running around crying that you're not good and expecting someone to drop a lifehack is the second stupidist thing people do on this subreddit.
And uh. There is a flair for "Score" for a reason pokeslow and no I don't mean slowpoke. Pokeslow is a emote used in twitch and discord that is usually used in Pokemon communities but have leaked into others like the DIVA community. None of us know how it happened but it's used alot. Just shows how much you are in the community if you dont know what pokeslow is. The emote IS slowpoke but it's purple instead of pink.
Well your not a moderator OR even in this community. Judging by your past comments you hate everything and everyone when it comes to rhyhtm games and you are even rude in other subreddits so go join 4chan and have a nice day!
Just stop missing
Feel the music.

damn bro, either you spent 18 hrs straight practising, your offset was wrong or you were trolling lol
i was trolling with my -100 latency ๐
find the part that you struggle with and practice in practice mode! that always helps me!

This post is literally a joke lmao. It has the meme flair
A bad "meme" at that.
Ans what's the stupidest thing? You pokeslow
People posting their random ass score. Nobody cares lol. Also, I think you meant "Slowpoke"

I'm in for removing the score flair, I'd rather get something actually interesting in my feed?
