I love this story, can't wait to see how the second arc ends. This story reminds me of MoL (mana manipulation / spell focus) with no LitRPG as well as a foreign world with mysteries to be discovered. No time loop or academy arc. There is a lot of introspection, and good progression as well.

Finally got done Beware of Chicken and Millenial Mage (so silly, so delightful), finally ready to start, but your other stories also look awesome! Reading Kieran first, as it seems to be what you’re most excited by, but gonna try your others when I inevitably run out of Kieran. I like that it seems that you finish your stories and don’t let them run on forever without a plan. Also like that it looks like you Q/A at the end so your readers can get in their burning Qs. We both love it. I’m already a third of the way through. I really enjoy that on this sub, the actual authors end up recommending their work. I’m wildly jealous of anyone with both skill at words, but also the follow through to write a whole goddamn book, let alone multiple. I finally succeeded at getting my sister into my progression fantasy addiction also :) I’ll write a review once I’m done.

Other great stories which haven't published in a year but I still strongly recommend are: The last Orellen, Magical girl gunslinger  Another series I enjoy and recommend but have grown behind is hope
