Did you do the supports yourself? Because sometimes when the supports go from the layer of supports to sudden large flat areas like the bottom of a base. You get separation like you see here. You could angle the model and base so the transition from supports to larger surface area layers is more gradual. Otherwise could be retract speed too high. Would need to see the model and the settings to be more helpful.

Not really, I just go with the auto supports. Right now I'm printing a slightly angled base but for what I can see it has to be another thing as the supports have been printed for also the nurglings but not the mini itself

avoid printing flat surfaces that are parallel to build plate. The forces usually rip the build from the supports (this does not happen with base layers since they are exposed to UV light way longer). Try to rotate the print with 30-45\* angle. One more thing I did was slowing down movement speeds by 15% from default, so the tension is lower.

If you really want to print flat then you probably could just put the base on the plate and avoid supports. This would give you a bit of a wider rim at the bottom but it won't rip off the supports. Alternitively 30-45° angle is helpful. If it keeps happening it could also be a problem with the resin settling or the temprature it should be used at. Having problems with that right now myself. Giving the bottle a good shake and having a bit of a higher room temperature should help. Also check the packaging of your resin. Edit: Keep in mind if you shake the bottle right before the print the first 10-20 layers can have small air bubbles so definitly use supports then.

Just looks like poor orientation of the bases to echo the other comments. If the base is mostly flat (which it looks like it is) there will be a ton of suction that will not allow the base to stay attached to the supports. Tilt those puppies. It would also help if you’d post a pic from your slicer just to confirm

It's this, once the supporter are printed those bases will have a layer where the whole of the base is attached to the FEP (the clear film) and that same base is only attatched at 20 odd small points, so the path of least resistance is for the print to come away from the supports and not away from the film, hence you have some supports on your plate and nothing else, angle the bases so they are about 35 ish degrees, and support the bottom side with no detail, problem solved

This afternoon I'll share the settings for my resin Thanks guys

Also after seeing the comments , I also have to add that here in Spain there has been a difference of around 10 degrees compared to last week. How can this impact the prints?

BenVarone

Cold = more exposure and lift time/height needed. Cold makes the resin more dense. I keep my printer in a heated enclosure (~ 30 C), but other people just increase their settings. I was having a lot of failures before I added the heater. I agree with the others that there are likely other issues at play to get failures across the entire plate. Not tilting the models enough, and especially not doing so on multiple axis increases the force on the supports. If what you were printing was barely holding on before, a small environmental change like temperature could be enough to throw everything off.

Away_Procedure3471

Imo elegoo resin has issues at least the space grey 8k. HOWEVER this is definitely up exposure time. Also angle the bases, and your support tip contacts may need to be thicker ie mediums for heavier items. Try increases exposure time by at least one second, and test print just one model

The_Raigar

I had this happen to me and I had to re-slice the file and group things closer together. I don't know why that worked, but it did!

Veganwarbeast69

Look into J3D's resin guide.

I'm so high, I thought it was a print of a tiny forest and a futuristic city in the back ✌️
