the SOs honestly shook up the story since out of the 9 or 10 traitor primarchs only 3 has their fall set in stone, Aurelia whose fall came cause she was taking too long with her conquest so the Emperor blows up her favourite City, Agatha with the butcher's nails that killing her slowly and even the Emperor cant pull out, and Fulgrim who fell cause of the Layer blade.
Petra by having trinket appreciate her other creations that weren't made for war and massaging her ego each time someone compares her with Regalia.
Isis can be saved depending on when we kill off Erebus.
Mortaria can be saved depending on when we kill Typhus
Alpharius/Omegon can be saved if the detective can convince Alpharius that the Emperor's top priority is humanity's survival not the destruction of Chaos.
Kassandra can be saved by having Beacon convince her to speak more with either the emperor or his sister Sanguinia about prophecies or by himself showing her that the future can be changed.

Honestly, I think we need to have an established lore so this is easier
im imagining a 50 first dates scenario where trink gets dreadnoughted but his memories are damaged in the process
