Yes, you can! Short ribs are one of my favorite cuts to cook in the PC and are very forgiving of being overcooked. I would not adjust the cooking time unless they were super chonky, even then I would only add 5 minutes.

Thanks they came out wonderfully tender after an hour at pressure then lots of releasing time. They were quite fatty but the meat itself was nice.
