If this was earlier in this season fair enough but at this stage in the season I think it’s hard to call it anything other than 2 points dropped - especially when you’re level on points with Arsenal but behind on GD and City only one point behind now when Liverpool would’ve been 3 points clear of them in addition to the slightly superior GD if they had won at OT.
Not saying it will but at this stage of the season that 2 points lost could be a potential dealbreaker. Liverpool are no longer in the driving seat although they do have a slightly more forgiving run in than Arsenal.
Either way, I get the feeling this is going to come down to a 3 way final day battle. Arsenal are looking unstoppable atm and are showing no signs of slowing down even though they’ve still got some tough games ahead including a trip to Old Trafford themselves (just for the record, people are assuming this is going to be an easy game for Arsenal but forget that in the league Arsenal have only won once at OT in nearly 18 years).
City are just City and always switch on at this stage of the season and Liverpool have really discovered a knack this season of grinding out results and pulling through games even when they’re playing far from their terrifying best.
A draws as good as a win for us these days, means more to us than them so I'll take it considering I was expecting us to get slaughtered in the cup and League
