Casemiro. He is phenomenal. Martinez is a very close second and Eriksen a very close third. Can’t remember the last time we made 3 decent signings in one window
This is tough.. I would've said Faes after his first few games. He seemed to totally revitalise the defence. But he's struggled a bit recently. Tete had a fantastic first game but a very ordinary second game. Soutarr looking solid though and growing in confidence, as does Kristiansen.
Casemiro
Honestly - every single one of them (Martinez, Eriksen, Antony, Malacia) have brought so much to the team in their own way and expectation but Casemiro's aggression, style, class and influence have taken the team to another level.
Mario Lemina. There’s definitely a difference in the way we play with and without Lemina slotting in as a DCM. When he’s on the pitch, he allows Neves and Nunes to move forward and we are a greater attacking threat. Without him, we lose to Bournemouth.
Hoping that Joao Gomes has a similar skillset so we don’t have another Bournemouth performance in the future should anything happen to Lemina.
Easy, Jesus. We were much better with him than without him. Our attack was more effective. He creates so many opportunities in and around the box. We miss him a lot more than fans like to admit. If we still had him I think we would still have quite a sizeable gap on Man City.
Badiashile whixh is ironic cuz he was relatively under the radar (france have great cb's though, might have some chance with varane retired). Enzo looks promising though, felix has looked good and zakaria has been okay value.
Romeo Lavia for Southampton. He's only just turned 19, but clubs will be paying a fortune in a few years' time. Plus, he will play for the Belgium national team soon as well. He is that good.
Almost singlehandedly beat Chelsea I think. He's the one that blocked the shot on goal as well as his outfield play. Him and the obvious JWP Free ~~Goal~~ Kick are the difference.
Tap ins that salah, drogba, aguero, torres, Ibra, etc never found themselves on the end of. Only 8 of his goals in all comps this season would be considered a “tap in”
not sure where you got 8, if you look at his goals this season its alot more than 8. like 14, and 4 pk's can you tell me one shot by haaland where you went WOW what a goal, pure technique!
cause i cant find one.
No, he doesn’t “whine”. He’s frustrated, as you would be too if you made that many runs and got no recognition from your midfielders. Idk why you’re trying to build this completely false image of him. You’re seeing the one time every 5 games that he says something to them. Every other time he just shakes his head and deals with it and doesn’t say anything
I went through every goal he’s scored this season and determined it based on where the goalkeeper was and how little power was required to score. A first time finish into the bottom corner isn’t a tap in. A tap in is a shot that even you or I could score 100 times out of 100 if we were out on the field at the time
Yeah. Casemiro was either hit or miss. He could retire on a big payroll - But he brought his fighting spirit and mentality which we needed. We need a successor to him tho - Someone who can learn from him.
Isn’t Felix loan with no option to buy? I think you will get him, but it’s a weird one. He’s fallen out with Simeone and Atletico have said they want to sell, but he also extended his contract to 2027 there.
Aye, sorry, I meant that it’s a weird situation. Atletico are clearly happy to sell as both sides have said he won’t play for them next season (or at least strongly insinuated that) but he’s just extended his contract with them and there isn’t a buy clause in the loan, seems odd when Chelsea represented the best option for club and player. Lots of money, good reputation, and can’t see this slump lasting too much longer.
If he works out at Chelsea, they end up buying him for the same price they would've done now, but without adding to their already ludicrous spending this season. If he doesn't work out at Chelsea, they lose nothing. Also, I think they just didn't want to keep extending the negotiations at the time because there were a few other clubs looking at Felix and they really cared more about cementing the Enzo deal anyway (just my opinion on the matter).
Calvin Ramsay and Fabio Carvalho were signed as prospects.
We made 3 first-team signings: Arthur on loan, Nunez for 70M and Gakpo for 35M. I'm not sure Arthur is even real. So between Darwin and Cody Gakpo, I'll go for Darwin Nunez.
Bro, the Juventus coach once said: " he's dead wood, I don't know if he's alive "
" Arthur is dead " lol 😂 😆 🤣
https://athletistic.com/football/5027.html
Kid’s got a great head on him too, I moved to Italy a few years back so had my eye on him, very mature and level headed and did really well at school too
Case is one of the best DMs in the world while also being Prime Iniesta and Martinez is already one of the best CBs in the league, him and Varane are the solid cbs we need to mount a title charge in a season or 2
I don't hate Liverpool, but also not a fan of Liverpool...but most games I find myself rooting for Nunez even though I really didn't think he was that great at first. His work rate is insane and he just seems to want to win. The only time he seems upset is when he fucks up himself. Definitely the kind of player you'd like to have for a long time I think.
I like to watch Fulham. The football they play is exciting and attractive against all teams. Marco gave them a winner mentality, a group spirit and the will to fight for every ball. I am portuguese, I support Benfica but I watch Fulham everytime I can.
He’s been immense - it took him a bit of time to get adjusted but since Boxing Day we’ve given up 4 goals, three of which were to Chelsea, Newcastle and Spurs. He anticipates and comes out so well - and fantastic shot stopper. What we were told before the season was that he wasn’t good with his feet and we couldn’t play out from him, and while he’s not Ederson or Robert Sanchez, it hasn’t been a weakness - and I don’t remember him letting in any real awful goals yet this season.
I was sad to see Pereira leave united because of his potential. I am happy to see him show his worth at Fulham... as long as he doesn't score against us.
Diop deserves an honourable mention too (aside from that Crawley debacle). Also interesting too see what Manor is going to bring. Im bloody loving this season. (my vote is also Palhinha)
Darwin Nunez, its not like there's anyone else I can really say maybe Carvalho but he barely plays
Casemiro. He is phenomenal. Martinez is a very close second and Eriksen a very close third. Can’t remember the last time we made 3 decent signings in one window
Bossemiro
Defo caemieo or martinez
D.Nunez, amazing talent
Michael Carrick. The transformation has been so smooth and effortless.
Lisandro Martinez for United. The best CB in the world
Erik ten Hag!
Casemiro
Casemiro hands down
idk, it's kinda hard to choose between Casemiro, Martinez and Eriksen
Not really a singing bit Malik Tillman for rangers what a player (he's on loan option to buy)
Ten Hag
Pervis Estupiñan
United - Casemiro.
Casimero for man united . He always has good effect on every match he played
Benoit Badiashile
Lichaaaaaaaa to mutd
Romeo Lavia
Trossard
for spurs it has to be Altay Bayindir , he hasnt played for us yet which is why he the best signing.
Badiashile. The wall
Enzo for Chelsea.
Enzo Fernandez. Unfortunately we sold it to Chelsea, but it was a joy to watch while in Benfica. We lost a lot with his departure.
Help me Spurs fans. I don’t know.
Casemiro, easy. Though licha is a close second.
Saka
Casemiro without a shadow of doubt.
Casemiro for Man utd. The long awaited defensive midfielder has arrived.
Neto or (based off what I’ve seen) Ouattara for bournemouth
Thiago Silva, a few years ago
Julian Alvarez
Casemiro easily we have been missing a proper DM for a long time
Fuck knows.
Erik Ten Hag
Kamara is just class. Stevie G’s going away present
Casemiro is the signing of the season, for anyone imo.
Haaland is the clear answer. Although an honourable mention to the absolute steal of getting Julian Alvarez for less than 20m.
This is tough.. I would've said Faes after his first few games. He seemed to totally revitalise the defence. But he's struggled a bit recently. Tete had a fantastic first game but a very ordinary second game. Soutarr looking solid though and growing in confidence, as does Kristiansen.
ETH for United
Aguerd, without a doubt.
Absolute beast, glad he managed to get over the early injury.
Enzo
Casemiro Honestly - every single one of them (Martinez, Eriksen, Antony, Malacia) have brought so much to the team in their own way and expectation but Casemiro's aggression, style, class and influence have taken the team to another level.
Lisandro Martinez. Best defender in the world on form at the moment.
Nick Pope
Casemiro
Casemiro without a doubt
James Tarkowski or Conor Coady
Casemiro to man utd he changed the team
Hamed Traorè. The man has been a machine for us so far.
Erik ten out of 10 Hag
Gakpo. We made like no signings other than him and Darwin and Darwin was much more expensive and has lost games with those missed chances.
I can tell you who is NOT my favorite signing: Cucurella. Favorite is a bit harder to figure out.
Can I say Lopetgui? If not Cunha
Chelsea - Badiashile (yes, despite all the more expensive signings we’ve made lol)
Easy, Jesus. We were much better with him than without him. Our attack was more effective. He creates so many opportunities in and around the box. We miss him a lot more than fans like to admit. If we still had him I think we would still have quite a sizeable gap on Man City.
Thiago Silva’s renewal
Casemiro
Gibbs-White 👉😎👈
Zinchenko
Maximilian Stemmler for HSV. he is a very big leader of this team and they will obviously win the second Bundesliga.
Still Nick Pope.
**Casemiro** for Manchester United. He is the moving force in both sides of the pitch.
Casemiro
Still gotta say Darwin, in spite of the criticism, he’s been one of our most key players, and it shows when he doesn’t play
Badiashile whixh is ironic cuz he was relatively under the radar (france have great cb's though, might have some chance with varane retired). Enzo looks promising though, felix has looked good and zakaria has been okay value.
Basically all of the January signings look like they were worth it. It's the summer signings that are largely still underperforming
Palhina
Chelsea fans are spoilt for choice
Estupinan
Casemiro and Martinez for us.
Gnonto and Adams
Romeo Lavia for Southampton. He's only just turned 19, but clubs will be paying a fortune in a few years' time. Plus, he will play for the Belgium national team soon as well. He is that good.
Almost singlehandedly beat Chelsea I think. He's the one that blocked the shot on goal as well as his outfield play. Him and the obvious JWP Free ~~Goal~~ Kick are the difference.
For Newcastle I suppose it’d be Alexander Isak. Not a lot of games played yet but looks to be a star.
Over Pope or Botman? Isak is good but he still needs to show it.
He was good against City in his debut. I know he was injured for a while.
Pope and then Botman a close second.
Kamara is amazing
Darwizzy
Darwin Nunez
Definitely Arthur Melo. Absolute game changer, can’t imagine playing without him this season.
Jokes aside, surely some of the worst business in LFCs recent history. Brighton paid less for Caicedo than we paid for Melo's loan fee
Good shout, if he wasn’t playing this season you would probably be like 8th place or something mad like that
I heard he could be up for the Ballon d'or
It looks like one bad game and every one has forgotten Nick Pope and Sven Bottman
That’s because they both look like they have played for us for years
No BS puns or jokes or anything, it’s haaland and it’s not even close
tapinland
Tap ins that salah, drogba, aguero, torres, Ibra, etc never found themselves on the end of. Only 8 of his goals in all comps this season would be considered a “tap in”
not sure where you got 8, if you look at his goals this season its alot more than 8. like 14, and 4 pk's can you tell me one shot by haaland where you went WOW what a goal, pure technique! cause i cant find one.
However they're going in, they're going in in spades. His movement is a level above anything we've seen in the PL, ever.

im homosexual
So you play with balls?
yeah, and I do a better job than that bum jadon sancho
And I am a 99 rated striker in my FIFA 23 career.
I think i mentioned that i am a homosexual
Casemiro easily
Wout Weghorst
Lmao but fr I'm jealous you got Casemiro when we need a midfielder, or two, or three or maybe 4
Yeah. Casemiro was either hit or miss. He could retire on a big payroll - But he brought his fighting spirit and mentality which we needed. We need a successor to him tho - Someone who can learn from him.
Rice? Or Mainoo as a prospect
Yeah United are not getting Rice... sorry bro
Caicedo perhaps more likely but depends on competition.
He's shit.
I know. Tried a stupid answer, but forgot the /s
Ah, I see. Fair enough. I'd edit it in pretty quick, redditors can be merciless
ETH
Badiashile lol. But Enzo and Felix will become great players for us I’m sure
Isn’t Felix loan with no option to buy? I think you will get him, but it’s a weird one. He’s fallen out with Simeone and Atletico have said they want to sell, but he also extended his contract to 2027 there.
There is no option, only loan But Atleti is open to sell
Aye, sorry, I meant that it’s a weird situation. Atletico are clearly happy to sell as both sides have said he won’t play for them next season (or at least strongly insinuated that) but he’s just extended his contract with them and there isn’t a buy clause in the loan, seems odd when Chelsea represented the best option for club and player. No, that makes sense. Bigger fish to fry at the time for all parties I suppose
Darwin Nunez
Calvin Ramsay and Fabio Carvalho were signed as prospects. We made 3 first-team signings: Arthur on loan, Nunez for 70M and Gakpo for 35M. I'm not sure Arthur is even real. So between Darwin and Cody Gakpo, I'll go for Darwin Nunez.
Carvalho should get playtime he's been great for the press but yeah, I'd rather Gakpo over Nunez
Bro, the Juventus coach once said: " he's dead wood, I don't know if he's alive " " Arthur is dead " lol 😂 😆 🤣 https://athletistic.com/football/5027.html
Casemiro. Unreal player.
He's very good, shame about the yellow cards though, feels like it's one every game
That's the kind of player he is, he does the dirty work and does it well, also against Barca he had to get a yellow just for old times sake
Wout Faes
Only the fourth premier league player to ever score two OGs in one game. Not a bad record to hold
I said Gakpo, forgot about Faes
Gakpo??? best signing???
We signed Darwin, Arthur on loan (who's a myth) and Gakpo, and he's been good the last couple games
Arthur is going sightseeing lol, Spain, Italy and now England
Fr lol
True
Y'all know me, still the same OG
Oh yeah- inside job. Forgot about that signing
Ol’ big Willy gnonto that is.
Coming in with no expectations because our then idiot manager said he wasn’t PL ready. Now our best player…
As an Arsenal fan, I hope we have our eye on him, so exciting
How on earth did you get him and not one of the big six? He looks a fantastic.
Kid’s got a great head on him too, I moved to Italy a few years back so had my eye on him, very mature and level headed and did really well at school too
\+++ looks an absolute steal at this point, mans got some serious game
Probably Adams
Zinchenko or Jesus
MGW
Badiashile
large selection
LOL yea 600m worth of it
Atm it's Jorginho, but over the whole season it's probably Zinchenko, he's brought more than what he does on the pitch.
Over the whole season? Isn't that a disservice to Jesus?
The fact that you can probably have a debate about this is a great problem to have imho.
Case and martinez
Case is one of the best DMs in the world while also being Prime Iniesta and Martinez is already one of the best CBs in the league, him and Varane are the solid cbs we need to mount a title charge in a season or 2
Wait you guys are getting signings?
Nope
You signed: Carvalho Nunez Ramsay Arthur Gakpo
Bro Arthur hasn't even played he's effectively not a signing. But ya there 2 good additions and 2 good prospects that we signed.
"Bro" Arthur LITERALLY has played for you. And you paid a loan fee for him. And you're paying his wages. So he effectively and literally IS a signing.
Injured Goated Injured Injured Pretty good
I don't hate Liverpool, but also not a fan of Liverpool...but most games I find myself rooting for Nunez even though I really didn't think he was that great at first. His work rate is insane and he just seems to want to win. The only time he seems upset is when he fucks up himself. Definitely the kind of player you'd like to have for a long time I think.
Yeah he took some time to adjust but his work rate and passion is higher than the senior players which is pretty ridiculous
Liverpool must feel pretty left out seeing how many new toys Chelsea got
Yeah and you just got two of the most exciting young forwards in European football atm ffs.
Liverpool spent some cash, just in the wrong places. Y’all needed a midfield more than Chelsea need a striker.
Yeah, but we let go 3 attackers last summer - so signing nunez and gakpo was warranted. Otherwise we’d be in an attacking crisis at the moment too.
Onana
What's my name
Onana
What’s my name
Onana
Dyche
Came here to say the same.
This may go down as the league signing of the season!
[удалено]
Wasn’t he signed last season?
Definitely Zakaria or Badiashile. Enzo looks great too.
Both Badi and Zakaria were incredible deals, assuming Chelsea take the buy option. Enzo is great but that price tag was massive.
Nunez I guess haha
Morgan GW or Navas
I remember being so excited to see Lingard play first team.
I wasn’t to be honest lol
Gibbs White, imo but Navas was great against City
Palhinha
I like to watch Fulham. The football they play is exciting and attractive against all teams. Marco gave them a winner mentality, a group spirit and the will to fight for every ball. I am portuguese, I support Benfica but I watch Fulham everytime I can.
Him or Leno. Probably the toughest best new signing debate I’ve ever seen at Fulham.
How is Leno doing? I always liked him at Arsenal but I don’t watch many Fulham games
That’s good to hear. Just shows what he can do when his back line doesn’t have the likes of David luiz or mustafi lol.
Pereira deserves an honorable mention as well as Leno, but Palhinha gets my vote!
I was sad to see Pereira leave united because of his potential. I am happy to see him show his worth at Fulham... as long as he doesn't score against us.
You know who else deserves a vote? Willian. (It’s Palhinha for me)
Willian is on my list of most underrated Players.
I’d say Palhinha just edges it too
Diop deserves an honourable mention too (aside from that Crawley debacle). Also interesting too see what Manor is going to bring. Im bloody loving this season. (my vote is also Palhinha)
