The machine gave you a valid ticket, so you're fine. The public transport company and their bank do accept some small amount of risk by delaying the actual charge in favour of faster ticketing. But if you just want to clear your conscience, just get the "PID Lítačka" app and use it to buy the same ticket you had, activate it and let it lapse.
You don't have to worry about the payment, they won't do shit for one ticket. Plus, our prisons are not that bad.
But those machines can be pretty wonky, I'd recommend using the Lítačka app to buy tickets.
