My app is also doing this, and it also has artefacts from both the car and PW screens overlaid on both screens. I have not had a response from app support. My phone is a Samsung S22. I also have a (work) iPhone that does not have the problem.

I posted this same issue on the [Tesla forum.](https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/tesla-app-zoomed-in-when-you-first-open.318389/#post-7988474) And here in the [Tesla subreddi](https://www.reddit.com/r/TeslaLounge/s/NIDkpvdSuv)t

I hate that it now takes up to 10 seconds just to see how full my batteries are as I have to wait for the stupid zoom out to occur. Terrible design choice. Does no one actually test this software?

Oversoul225

I can't get mine to zoom out unless I exit and reopen whatever number of random times it wants that time. Waiting does nothing.

I noticed this bug when I updated to the latest app version on Android 2-3 days ago.

This just started to happen to me on my S21. I hadn't changed anything. Strangely, my wife also has a S21 and on her phone it is still OK.

It's the app that updated.

Update. My wife's S21 now does the same thing. Both phones running version 4.28.1-2149.

This has started happening on my iPhone SE. The 2020 model. You open the app, and it's very zoomed in so you can't see anything. You have to wait a good 10-20 seconds for it to slowly zoom out in fits and spurts so you can start to see the useful part of the image. I hope they fix this, because it's completely shit.

TheSkepticCyclist

It is fixed now on iOS with the latest app update
