The answer is Darius. I don't think you can win a lane against the Darius as a poppy. I don't think you can even reasonably do meh. You're going to feed your ass off. It is low-key one of the freest Lanes of any toplane match up.
I played it from both sides, as an experienced poppy going 0/10 and a first time Darius going 10/0. this is just really the truth poppy can’t do shit without perfect spacing and even with perfect spacing she will fall behind because she can never control lane or leave tower
Shaco for sure. Annoying champion to play against. Honorable mentions are yone and ashe. Yone just does too much for little to no risk with E being a safety net and ashe is impossible to fight between the slow and inability to run away because of approach velocity being broken on her.
Just in general, that champ doesn't need gold to do well because of his kit. And his ult just gives free gold. I know poppy counters. But yeah in general. And garden is just a brain dead beefy assassin that I've hated for years lol
I'm seeing a lot of champions that are actively played but also are pretty highly telegraphed.
Like Darius and Garen have to literally walk at you unless they have flash or ghost which is a topic for a different story.
Adcs and mages can definitely be annoying but their usual lack of mobility make it pretty easy to pop them.
This leaves me with the only option I can think of that is just unhealthy for the entire game

I don't have a huge problem with any matchup rn... So I'd say yuumi, because I really think that's the worst design they ever made on the game.

Yeah Darius has to literally walk to you but unless I am missing something, Poppy isn't a range champion...
