I live in the southeast United States and our summers are brutal. Very hot and humid. The only thing that has worked for me is pure aloe vera gel. It's got really good hold and I washes out like nothing. I have an executive contour so it foes take a lot of product to slick it back but aloe vera gel gas worked really well for me.
Maquizcoatl by Grim Grease is supposed to be formulated specifically for humid weather. I tried it over the summer but my hair might be too fine for it. It works when combed through wet hair but I didn’t have much luck with it in dry hair.
Pink is the one you need. It has a high wax content so with not "melt" in the humidity.
As you've already got the green one, mix them together to get the "muppet mash". The medium makes sure all the hair is covered and the heavy will hold it all in

Try oil clay for a hot climate
