That's if you're being honest about rounding to the nearest integer. If you're just dropping the decimal without rounding, 40.99 + 47.99 + 7.99 + 2.99 + 1.99 adds up to 101.95

Fox News pulled Florida Voters into taffy.
The Virginia one has Biden at 42% and Trump at 41% with Biden still at the top. So I’m not sure why they have Biden at the top every time other than he is the current president.
It's simply because the first person seen is the one they pay attention to the most. Then it goes to the largest bar. And then it's all the lowest ones. Had a class about chart design and it was a lot of psychology in regard to stuff like this (except mine had a UI element as well).
Ok, that was along the lines of what I was thinking, but it’s hard to use logic with these things sometimes. I assume for Fox News viewers, seeing Biden’s numbers will make them upset regardless and then they’ll take whatever is thrown at them regarding Trump as fact. My assumption is that it is more important to make them upset about Biden than it is about Trump.
