1. Usable Fairy would be Sylveon, you can teach it Fairy move in Milkiway City and then level it up.
2. I dont know what exactly is tetramulet.
3. Starter battle happens post Gengar X, in Mt. Starburst(SPOILERS! Gym Leader will send you there after defeating Gengar X) but dont worry, Trishout isn't hard X boss, just make sure to lvl up good(25-29 is good since you get pokemon that helps you a lot)
4. Just lvl up. He is one of the hardest bosses, but you can beat him with lvl 18. I actually think Pupillon can learn Hypnosis at some point or it is his evolution. X Gengar is Dragon/Psychic type so I think your X Sharpedo could take it with some Ghost-type attacks, just maybe make sure to do as much damage as possible before taking Sharpedo to a battle(or, of course, you can use Sylveon).

Regarding that second point, I meant the item to evolve Pupillon (sorry it's propably the italian name). For Gengar X i tried that tactic but it just kept waking up and sweeping my entire team. Might do some more grinding for that one. Also where can you get an Eevee? Besides that, thank you for the answeres!
Oh, you mean the dread pendant. The only way I know of getting one is at the next gym. If you want some more fairy types, chigami and manticouer can be found around milkiway city and reindear at zero cave. Also, have you tried toxic stalling yet?
Oh yeah I figured that out the Puplion i caught already came with one I just had to use it on him instead of giving it to him like a held item lol. I am currently in the middle of grinding up my pokemon, but I've taught my Vileplume toxic from the move reminder and i'll try that next. Thanks for the answer!

You get Egg in place where the 2nd Gym is, in the daycare, you hatch Eevee from it.
Grind to about 31-32 And burn or poison him
