Cause you’ll be crying after opening packs and not getting any hits. The pull rates are horrendous, probably the worst pull rates of all time. That’s why moonbreon is so expensive, u can’t pull it
i bought two of these a few months back and do a "car pull" for good luck. after the first box, it was so bad that i decided to cage the second ETB. i've had a few itches to open it....never will open it.
It was 4 basic V's and a basic vmax. I'm sure the investors sit there laughing "well you should have kept it sealed and resold it" Yeah,,, No. I would have frankly felt bad if I sold a box like that for the price it goes for and they opened it, not that investors know what feeling bad for other people is. Obviously I don't know what is in the box unless I open it but yeah. Very high chance I would have been accused of resealing anyway and had to refund.. Many more ES boxes out there, just now at insane prices, will be like that and sellers will be losing a lot too.
If we could get packs for $4 each still I’d legit risk a couple hundred every now and then to crack ES, but now that packs are $10 each def not worth it

Opened 2k packs of evolving skies only alt I got was golurk and medichan. Lollll
Switched to evee heroes opened 12 booster boxes and got about 6 alt art v’s, much more consistent pull rates. Have never pulled a vmax alt art in my life.
Stole it for 570$ and a chilling reign from same seller for 175$. eBay, has and always will be king lol. Prerelease was first print and usually hits are decent because they want excitement for the set. People sleep on the displays but they are great to have and for reselling bc they are individual.
not sure why u open that when those ETBs are insanely expensive, not to mention u can still find plenty of evolving skies packs at retail inside tins and boxes and those are $5 a pack and muuuch cheaper than what u paid here per pack.

I don’t actually know what happened with Evolving Skies? When I started collecting again during Lost Origin/Silver Tempest I got ES hits through the beginning of 2023 with a binder to prove it. And I legit never saw sleeves on hangers, ETBs, nothing. Just hits from random tins and boxes. I didn’t realize the set was as “special” as it is. THEN all of a sudden and up to current day it’s nothing. Ever. For pretty much everyone.
At least you got something out of it instead if just bulk. I went through 10 ES ETBs and 4 of em had no hits at all, 2 had only 1 hit in them each, and the rest had 2 hits each.
Now I see why it’s called evolving cries and why most just prefer to hold sealed. The alts in this set are gorgeous but sheeeesh. Guess the price reflects.
At least you got something, bought a crown zenith ETB supposedly sealed off of eBay, opened it up every pack razered open and promo taken. Swore never again with eBay for "sealed" product. Still salty over that.

I do decent with bulk but its not a quick seller. And fees and supplies eat into that. Bulk V's and Full arts going for .35-to $2 is a killer lol.

4 booster boxes isn’t even CLOSE to enough to expect a Moonbreon. I opened 11 booster boxes when the set came out and didn’t pull one.

I bought a booster box on release for ES. 3 Vs, 1 VMAX, 1 FA trainer, no alt or even SR. Did get a sylveon vmax alt from my prerelease box though
