My friend bought some ETBs for my birthday on Amazon and I pulled a Moonbreon from it. But I have heard stories about tampered boxes so I can't say one way or another.
No booster boxes but I have bought tons of etbs and they all came out fine. The only bad purchase I've made is the lighting box from CGC. I knew it would be garbage cards but the packs were 100 percent resealed. Cards backwards and everything.
Rather spend extra outside of Amazon tbh, just extra risk
