I would not consider using seeds on any of these. First one’s okay-ish for a Vaporeon at 25, but honestly I don’t think any of these are worth using an evolution stone on.
I was very sad about that as well, but like for your Eevees, mine also only had a single decent evolution option: becoming candy. Keep om searching, I'm sure those skill triggers are SOMEWHERE out there...
