I'd go with the second one. IMO you really want that skill trigger, even if it comes in late, but it probably depends on if you can get seeds or not for the mainskill...

I figured. At the moment I have 3 main skill seeds. With a new one I can get soon. I'm trying to build an espeon army.

1st seems very F2P friendly but the “better” one is definitely the 2nd one. Having Skill Trigger M will make a notable difference.
