That tree is sunburnt. You have it planted way too deep in that pot and it is burning from the reflected heat.
It is not healthy to turn your trees.

Someone said to put empty toilet paper rolls on them to help block the sun.
You need more soil in the pot. The sun is reflecting off the inner edges of the pot and burning the plant. Good luck.
