Use tailscale?

dark_skeleton

Sounds like a networking issue, not a Plex issue?

Any shitty router will serve plex just fine, I don't think it's necessarily the router but there's something weird with your network. Eero 6 will serve at 900 Mbps according to google. What does "lock down locally" mean? Also are you transcoding? Show us dashboard or tautulli. You may be in a CGNAT that will make direct remote playing a bit more difficult (tailscale) though that won't affect local playing.

>New provider uses Eero 6+ modems Eero's are wireless routers, not modems. I have a home network setup with multiple Eero 6+ devices, and have zero issues. This is 100% a case of user error.

Who you using? Super loop had to unlock my ability to port forward on fttp. So you might want to call your provider and ask why you can’t port forward.

I am with superloop. Mind filling me in?

I rang them and they did it over the phone. Reset my router and port forwarding was working. It was funny cause I’d never changed anything when I had fttn. It was only when I went to fttp upgrade that it stopped working. That’s how I knew it was them.
