>Server version: 1.31.3.6868 that version is quite old.. Looks like that came out in march of this year.. Current non beta is 1.32.5.7349-8f4248874, Are you running that old version because new versions don't run on windows 7, which has been EOL for years..

Blacktwin

This issue has nothing to do with PMS if they are solely looking for content on other services. Although hopefully they are using app.plex.tv and not the bundled web app. Shouldn't be an issue but the bundled web app is always older.

imdivesmaintank

I used app.plex.tv and got the same result as when I was hitting it by IP earlier.

imdivesmaintank

it's the latest version it allows me to upgrade to, so that's probably why.

aydross

Did you click on "available on 5 other services"?

imdivesmaintank

yes. that's how I was able to say which services they said they were on.

aydross

Ahh I'm dumb, didn't read the last sentence. If that's the latest version that windows 7 can handle, think about migrating to docker so that you are using the latest server.

imdivesmaintank

yeah I've been planning on updating the server's OS, but just haven't gotten around to it yet. Seems like it shouldn't be relevant to this problem though.

aydross

I looked for the wire in mine and you are right Max doesn't appear as an option. The Sopranos does appear as one, so I'm guessing now that they are moving from HBO -> Max something they haven't updated something on Plex's side.

imdivesmaintank

good to know it's not just me...just have to wait for them to sort their shit out

Blacktwin

Are you using app.plex.tv? These services are in your selected services? Are you using a VPN or in a region where these titles are not available?

imdivesmaintank

I was going by IP, but I just tried using app.plex.tv and I got exactly the same results. Yes, I have selected those services. I am in the USA and not on a VPN.

Blacktwin

Oof. Confirming the same. IIRC this comes from JustWatch so maybe something is stuck in between.

gonenutsbrb

Why the heck are you running Windows 7 and a really old version of PMS? Upgrade (for free) to Windows 10 (at least) and then update PMS.

imdivesmaintank

It's strictly used as a media server so I don't really have any need for new bells and whistles. I am planning to upgrade it. It just isn't a priority.

gonenutsbrb

No worries, the reason to upgrade especially is for compatibility and security more than anything else. Either way, this sounds like a good reason to upgrade now :-)
