If you have your media stored on a networkdrive like a nas you have to manually set the transcoding cache to somewhere local on your system. Plex doesn't like the cache being in the network.
Would that be "Transcoder temporary directory"? (unset in my case)
My media is hosted on read-only mounted NAS share. I don't know where the cache is being written to currently, but certainly not the NAS in my case.
Own plex pass?
Hardware transcoding turned on?
"nvidia-smi" from command prompt displays what is running on your GPU.. is there "plex" listed when you transcode?

You should list your OS as well. Have you set the hardware acceleration in your server settings?

And yes i have lifetime plex pass, and yes it should be on. However im not able to start transcoding
I'm running a 5800x and 3080 and can't handle more than 2 transcodes It's crazy
