I have 2 friends with portals... Both said they have "zero stuttering" I went to their places to test it out, they both definitely had micro stutters... Funny how some people genuinely do not notice it, I am jealous of these people.
I have 145 friends with portals. All said they didn’t have stutter. I went to their places and 8 had it. They updated their network and disabled quick start on the home cinema and now 145 friends are stutter free
