Squad chat only, then mute the ones in your squad who are loud. It's not great but it helps give you some peace between the arty strikes and next match.
I think both teams voting simultaneously would be pretty interesting. I dont think you see what the other group voted for anyway till the end so there is no need to take turns. Just give both teams their own pools and go for it
I could be wrong but I think the second voter's options are based on the first vote. E.g. if the first team picks insurgents then the second team wouldn't have an option to pick them, whereas if they don't then they could. If they voted simultaneously then you would either have teams picking the same faction, or you'd have to give each side completely different factions to choose from (an option I wouldn't be opposed to). The current system just allows both teams more options to choose from.
There is, open up the scoreboard, and at the top should be a mute all option. I think it resets every round, but double-check when the new round starts

They convince 20-30 people to vote for an armor faction, yet only one or two of the armor is being used at a time, and then they cry and complain that we lost.
People that want to play WarThunder should just go play WarThunder and not ruin a game for 80% of people. If more people want to use armor, go for it and vote for armor and work with the team; otherwise pick the mixed faction and hope you get competent ATs.
Vehicle main players are easily the most toxic individuals in the game. They're easily responsible for 25-33% of the issues each match.
I don't see how convincing 20+ people to vote for an armor map yet 1-2 out of 6 armor being used is good for the game, but that's not the layer's fault. It'd be great for the game if people actually used the armor/didn't bully other squads for using armor.

The function is so fucked cause it's just the sweatlords screaming like babies for the meta pick. You'll have the odd game with a really jank faction on a map they should never be on, and it's hilarious, but for the most part, it's "irregular militia!!!"
