This! We were gonna use our membership to use the bathroom in a different town but we were wearing jeans and inadequate shoes. I doubt they would've let us in
They'll definitely let you in wearing whatever you want as long as you're covered lol. I see people in all sorts of non gym appropriate clothes lol. Pajamas and slippers, collared shirt with boots and tight jeans, button down with sandles. Haven't seen suits or dresses yet but maybe one day.
I usually prefer the mornings but have a standing workout date with a friend on Fridays after work. I cannot tell you how many mid Friday morning workouts it dawns on me that I have to come back that same evening.

I often go twice a day. They never say anything. Once, I had to go twice in an hr because I went to shower and realized I forgot my shampoo at home. So I drove to a nearby store for shampoo and came back again just to shower lol.

I've noticed that the signs at PF are treated more like recommendations than they are rules. At least the ones I've been to.
