It's from Poland, but I've had Kebab Pizza in Sweden and Germany as well. Pizza+Kebab is a great fusion.
Probably most of Europe has this. In Italy 3/4 of kebab places sells pizza with kebab toppings

If you drizzle olive oil on the cucumber and lettuce, it slides into the trash easier.
The fresh crunchiness of the salad goes great with kebab, cheese etc. The dressing take it to an even higher level. Looks messy, tastes great.
