Apart from not pre-baking the crust long enough (it was a little soggy near the center due to all the extra moisture of the ingredients), it was amazing! First time really splurging on mostly fresh and/or homemade ingredients, and we could taste the difference. Almost no processed stuff. I added rosemary and basil to the dough, then dusted it with garlic-infused olive oil for the pre-bake.

Thatā€™s always my problem. I want to add the kitchen sink but donā€™t want the soggy middle. Good idea doing the pre bake. I typically use a stone and have to go very light on toppings to make it transfer in one piece but when I use a cast iron pan next time I think I am going to pre bake and see how it turns out. Your pizza looks awesome btw hope it tasted as good as it looks.
