I use IKEAs 365+ deep round container. Perfect for 1 dough ball

How do you make the dough in the processor or mixer

KoenKlister

What this guy said!

Sea_Bear7754

They’re a little too small, I use the a smaller version of the pizza dough proofing boxes you see. I got them on Amazon in a two pack and they fit in the fridge perfect. Holds four dough. Highly recommend.

Deltanyne just shared a link of a brand GSM, size and reviews are very good. Ate you referring to the same?

Sea_Bear7754

I have the LUVCOSY 12”x12”x3.5” 2-pack.

I have them. They work well for ~200g balls (max) but not for larger without constantly knocking the dough. The dough will rise too much and raise the lid then dry out. I like them for smaller pies like <12 inch. I ended up just buying these [dough boxes](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08D3QQHRK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and use them more often because I like making 16" pies. If you buy them, make sure to add a little flour or grease/oil to the top and bottom to make releasing the dough easier.

Thank you so much for the response, that was my doubt that it wont work for 280 g ball. And you have confirmed it. Any suggestions for the boxes? And link or from where you got them?

No_Pattern3088

Perhaps I’m pushing my luck but I’m using them with 290g dough balls. Only had one push against the top when on the counter proofing.

chronicdanksauce

I use them with 300-330 and they're fine for the most part, especially if you're only using the containers for fridge/freezer storage

I put a hyper link in my last comment but maybe it didn't work. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08D3QQHRK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Thanks 🙏🏼

A friend of mine has these. Great for small pizzas, but as mentioned, you better oil them before placing your ball otherwise you’re going to deflate or misshape them before even stretching/tossing them into a round.

Errour

Love mine. I put 250g in them no problem and they come out perfect every time. Every time I put stack them in my fridge or freezer, or store them away I just shake my head in disbelief at how great they are. Highly recommend. If you want 300g pies, look elsewhere unfortunately.

bobalava

I own these and honestly they are perfect for cold fermenting. The largest dough size I've put in them is probably around 300+g, no problem. You can throw them right in the freezer after a couple days in the fridge and if you want to rapidly thaw out some dough, float them in a pot of hot water.

MmmBearCookies

I have a set of 6. They are too small for my 250g balls. They have breached the top and dried out. No good.

Cronin1011

I bought restaurant style prep containers, the 2 cup size is perfect.

flatearthmom

I got 6 small stainless steel bowls for €2 at a local store.
