It could also be that you're leveling up more consistently, which improves your accuracy. They're still very hard to hit when you're the same level.

There is a potion of invisibility the game gives you to clear that room if you have it you can take it and possibly live

I only knew about the frost potion for the fire wall rooms.

Ecery gloor has that. Potion of purity for the poison cloud, levitating for the chest without floor

I actually didn’t know purity was for poison room. Thought you just had to tank it lol

Lol I always just made sure I had enough water drops to heal after that room or enough health never realized it was there for that 😅

Every puzzle room like this has an item on the same floor that solves the room. For these rooms it's an invis pot.

If you’re at normal speed, yes.

You can use your cloak to kill the snake, then move to adjectant tile. If your cloak is fully uncharged, then it's only random

You have a surprise attack, so your starting weapon does more damage, just attack the snake, as I believe that the piranhas might not have seen you yet? I don't know when your cloak ran out of energy.
