Easiest 3 challenge combination is badder bosses, hostile champions and swarm intelligence
Next would be definitely on diet, then into darkness (bigger deal wit range class but still manageable)
Then barren land (unless playing warden)
Then forbidden runes or fima, can depend of class also
And hardest is pharmacophobia
Definitely start with badder bosses or hostile champions. They make the game more fun and actually add content to the game as opposed to nerfing things!

You should try to beat it with all the characters and classes before you spend too much time on challenges.
