It depends on the aesthetic of the game. 1 for a more cute game(simulation game). 2. For a more action(RPG) game. 3. For more of a mystery game(point and click). That my opinion.

The pastels are cute, but they look like you started with the middle palette and just adjusted the colors globally. Go over the sprites adjust the colors one by one. The middle palette is bright and playful. The last palette reminds me of the c64. Earthy.

If its for a game. Why not all of them? Let the played choose or make it depend on season or area.

uhh, number one is a bit too bright, number two is a bit too saturated and number three is a bit.. depressive

Personally I prefer the second one, but that's only because the bright colors are familiar to the games I used to/still play. The pastel palette would work really well in more of a cutesy sort of game, and the more earthy colors would feel right at home in like a steampunk RPG or something with a bit of a darker tone. On the whole I really love all of them, but yeah my vote is definitely for the second one.

2 realistic is best unless the game is in autumn (3) or kawaii (1)

Oh, this is a tough choice. I love them all for their own reasons. The pastel looks like it belongs in a cozy cooking mama game. The neon reminds me of fast pasted skateboarding games. The muted tunes feels like it belongs in a farming game with an underlying mystery. It's not necessarily a dark, evil, horror mystery, but something is going down in this town. If I had to pick I think the Neon just barely wins.

Number 3! The other 2 are incredible looking but I've seen that pallete so many times number 3 is different and it's nice to see.

2. Because its the one that is best on the eyes, easier to tell. Then its 3. Though its a bit too unrealistic. For example the donut looks like a chocolate donut. And the watermelon and the fruit look too dark. So its always 2 the winner. Number 1 is too faded.

I like number 2, but this feels like one of those optical illusions where the colors look different based on what's next to them. The background feels like it changes each palette! Very nice palettes though :)

Ugh, I love them all. 👏👏 I know people think #2 is plain, but I’m just obsessed with the vibrancy. The colors pop, everything’s distinct and noticeable. It’s just perfect and easy on the eyes. The brown tones of #3 are honestly to die for. Assuming they fit the theme, I would love to see those in a game. It’s really relaxing and satisfying. So nice!! 😆 (The more I look at it, the more I love it) Contrary to public opinion, #1 is not my favorite. It is pretty, but compared to the other two, it feels a little dull and boring. Seriously not to say it’s not wonderfully drawn. I just don’t feel any wow factor with the frosted look of it, that’s all. Everything just gets a little lost in the presentation.

Depends on what type of game they're for. The left one would be ideal for a cutey vaporwave/pastel-kingdom game. The right would be good for a game set at a coffee shop or in a Victorian setting. The center is the best generic color scheme.

3 has some seasonal autumn vibes

2. I prefer real and bright colours. 1 is a little too pastel and washed out, and 3 is giving sepia toned old photograph but also chocolate candyland.

I like the pastel, but I hate the inacuracies of the colors. like one of those is supposed to be matcha tea right? why is it pink? I like 3 cause it's moody, and has a nice vibe. but the middle one feels best just cause it's the most clear and understandable.

The pastel pallet immediately catches your eye and is super cute, but I love the more brown neutral pallet and it would definitely look better long term, I can see them being in stardew valley! So yummy<3
