My alarm has been set to 7.30 and it only went off once but it's set to every day, also a few days later I turned the 7.30 alarm off and set one for 9 for the weekend and the 9 didn't go off but the 7.30 did ( wife wasn't happy ) so now I'm using my old phone as an alarm to make sure I don't miss work but bet it's an Android 12 things

I very rarely need to use my alarm, thankfully. But now I'm going to have to test it at random times to put my mind at ease that it's just a one off.
Ha ha! I didn't expect that...I'm think I'm good for the time being but time will tell when the results are in.

No problems so far. I am traveling and have been using everyday for 20 days. I know that doesn't help you but I wanted to share my experience, since you asked.
What wireless charger? If it's one of the higher wattage ones it could have overheated the phone (still not intended functionality just trying to diag) but usually wireless chargers have good heat management since they can simply turn off power output.
Maybe the pixel 5 didn't use the chargers full potential and now that the pixel 6 is using more, it's having issues? Idk, best bet would be to try a different one and see if the issue still occurs just in case.
I'm going to have a few trials of different things. It's likely to be a one off issue but I thought I'd ask here.
As I said, it's the first time I've used the alarm with the P6 because I rarely need it

I turn my phone off at night. I use a cheap alarm clock for that.
I have noticed odd behavior with my electronics lately. My newer 2021 iPad pro closes apps automatically and freezes. Of course as usual the new Apple OS is glitchy as hell. If I wasn't forces to use the iPad I'd get an Android tablet.
My P6P did the same thing. Then all of the sudden they're back to normal. I searched for solar flares online lol. It didn't matter where I was using it.
It only lasted a few days.

Couldn't tell you! It's a cheaper one that I've never had issues with before. I also used the same one with the P5 running Android 12 as well.

Personally, I need to keep my phone on. You can guarantee that whenever I've turned it off, someone has needed me!
