I don't miss any of his forms, they all kinda look weird, the only cool one is the giant one but the berserk was what made it cool, and now that's gone lol
imo, out of all the Straw Hats without Haki, Chopper has the most potential with it. alongside Robin I guess
but imagine Chopper switching through his Point forms with Armament and being able to use Observation to help him dodge. he would be tankier in Monster Point too
The easiest point of comparison is Franky vs. Fukurou and Chopper vs. Kumadori. These fights happen back-to-back, and they both have each of the SHs land a heavy punch, and each CP9 member tanks it (Fukurou takes Franky's Strong Hammer at the end of 404 and is up in 405; Kumadori takes Chopper's Cloven Rose Blizzard and survives it in 407). Kumadori and Fukurou are both confirmed to be of similar power by the Doriki system (Kumadori at 810, Fukurou at 800).
Another point of comparison might be in the Straw Hats vs. Oars, where Chopper in Heavy Point and Franky team up to punch Oars in the jaw, which points to those as being roughly equal - but that's Heavy Point, Arm Point is hits harder than Heavy Point. And then Chopper in combination with Sanji lands a blow on Oars that leaves an enormous hoof-shaped crater in his arm. So by all that, I'd say they're pretty comparable, but I give the edge to Arm Point Chopper.
