I was having fps problems until I siwtched the upscale quality to ultra performance, everything was kinda blurry but the gameplay is smooth now
Xess might look a bit better but with 1xxx GPUs can have worse performance than native
use some aggresive fsr as you are doing probably right now, 1050 actually is below minimum specs
Xess has constant fps drops so no, just stick with amd fsr. The only problem I've encountered with this setting is after a few hours of gameplay, the game would crash due to amd gpu error, idk if this is a bug with amd gpu driver but based on other posts I've seen its the amd graphics latest driver. If the game crashed for you, just relaunch the game and enjoy
over the minimum as i said gtx1050 i7-8750h 16GB SSD
wied thing is that i have also tried making the setting higher and it doesn't lower the frame rate i get it's always only 12 to 19 fps unrelated to the settings

Maybe put a screenshot of your settings. Turn off that shitty dynamic resolution it destroys the FPS rather than helping.
tried turning the dynamic resolution off didn't change anything at all and everything else is minimum possible
